Anthony (Tony) DiMaggio begins his new career in a tenure track position as Assistant Professor at Lehigh University, this fall. His new book, Selling War, Selling Hope: Presidential Rhetoric, the News Media, and U.S. Foreign Policy Since 9/11
was released in paperback from SUNY Press July, 2016. Tony’s dissertation, The Politics of Persuasion: Economic Policy and Media Bias in the Modern Era
is scheduled to be published (by SUNY) in February, 2017.
