About

Hector Sebastian is an economist and political scientist from Colombia who is interested in the legacies of civil wars and criminal conflicts, as well as the political economy of development. He worked as a consultant in Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) and as a teaching assistant and research assistant at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá. He holds bachelor's degrees (B.A.) in economics and political science and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in economics and public policy from Universidad de los Andes.
