Aydin Vakilian Maleki is an academic and researcher with a focus on international relations, comparative politics, and urban politics. He has served as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) since August 2022. Aydin completed his Master of Science in International Relations from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch. His research interests include the legislative process, with a particular emphasis on Iranian legislation. Currently, he is engaged in advanced research in political science as a 3rd-year PhD student at UIC.
